Welcome to Rond Energy. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking electric scooties, bikes, parts, and franchise arrangements through Rond Energy.

1. Online Vehicle Booking

By submitting an online booking form on our platform, you confirm that all personal and payment information provided (including CNIC/Passport, contact numbers, address, and transaction details) is accurate and belongs to you.

2. Payment & Verification

All bookings require a valid initial booking amount. Payment receipts and transaction IDs must be uploaded accurately. Rond Energy reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment verification fails or suspicious documents are uploaded.

3. Document & KYC Upload Security

Submitting fake, modified, or unauthorized identity documents (CNIC front/back, selfie verification) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and potential reporting to law enforcement agencies.

4. Delivery & Franchise Agreements

Estimated delivery dates are subject to stock availability and logistics verification. Franchise applications for Tehsil and District tiers are governed by formal signed agreements upon verification of credentials.
